These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the use of SMS messaging services delivered through systems powered by the SwitchBase platform.
Organizations using the SwitchBase platform may use SMS messaging to communicate with individuals who have consented to receive messages related to their interaction with that organization.
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number, initiating communication via SMS, or otherwise opting in through a web form, QR code, or other sign-up process, you consent to receive SMS messages from the organization you are interacting with.
These messages may include responses to inquiries, service updates, operational notifications, alerts, and other informational communications related to your interaction with that organization.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your interaction with the organization.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you choose to opt in again.
Help
You may reply HELP at any time to receive assistance information, including how to contact the organization directly and how to opt out of messages. You may also contact the organization you are communicating with directly for assistance regarding SMS communications.
Role of SwitchBase
SwitchBase provides the messaging infrastructure used to deliver SMS communications on behalf of organizations. SwitchBase does not control the content of messages sent by organizations using the platform.
Organizations using the platform are responsible for ensuring that recipients have provided consent to receive SMS communications.

Changes to These Terms
These SMS Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in messaging practices, regulatory requirements, or platform functionality. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
